Britons question country's voting system

Interview and written copy for Chinese CTV which aruges that the inconclusive result and rise of minority parties in the election is making people question the voting system. Quotes Peter Riddell as saying, "I don't think people will necessarily immediately be saying we've got to change the voting system or anything like that. I think what they will be saying is how do the political parties manage to govern when there isn't a clear cut result."
