Election 2015: day two of the campaign

Rolling election coverage includes mention of Peter Riddell's lobby briefing (11am) regarding what happens after the election if there is no outright winner. Quotes him as saying, "Anyone can talk to anyone" and  "No one [party] gets a first go."
