Mid-term review ''could have been better''

The mid-term review of the coalition's achievements is better than governments have delivered in the past – ie nothing – the Institute for Government has said. However, while it was helpful to have clarity about what the coalition hoped to achieve before the 2015 election, the review could have been improved in many ways.
