Nick Clegg gets seven ‘spies’ to keep eye on Tory ministers

The extra resources follows a joint report by the Institute for Government and University College London's constitutional unit, published last year, which concluded that Clegg had too few staff and was in danger of being overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information crossing his desk.
