Nicola Sturgeon rounds on civil service over 'political attacks'

Nicola Sturgeon has launched an attack on the civil service, accusing it of acting in a "transparently party political” manner. Peter Riddell is quoted from a BBC interview in which he questioned the SNP's call for inclusion in access talks.
