Radio 4: Spending Review has some way to go

Peter Riddell explained on BBC Radio 4's the 'World at One' that the spending review process was some way off a done deal yet. "The difficult choices are really ahead of us", he said. "This is really just a preliminary, one year 2015-2016, and everyone expects a major spending review after the election -  and that will get to the core of what the state does." He said the Institute will be looking at these big issues relating to the role of the state ahead of the next election. (31 mins in)
