Universal Credit accountability questions remain unanswered

Unanswered questions on accountability at the top of government remain following the latest parliament hearing on Universal Credit, the IfG says.

Following the appearance by Permanent Secretary Robert Devereux and Secretary of State Iain Duncan-Smith at the work and pensions select committee, IfG Deputy Director Julian McCrae told Civil Service World magazine that unanswered questions on accountability remain.
