We don’t like coalitions – but we may have to get used to them

Philip Johnston piece on coalitions - mentions a new book, The Coalition Effect, by Anthony Seldon and Mike Finn. Says the book gives a fairly positive overall assessment for what was, in the words of Peter Riddell of the Institute for Government, “a joyless marriage of necessity”.
