Lord (Gus) O’Donnell – Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Civil Service 2005-11, and Patricia Hewitt, former Secretary of State for Trade and Industry 2001-05 and Health 2005-07, respond.

The event is chaired by Peter Riddell, Director of the Institute for Government.
